Section 156 of the Building Safety Act 2022 introduces a number of amendments to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (as amended).

Section 156 of the Building Safety Act 2022 – Apartment Suitability:

The apartment is regrettably no longer suitable for people with any kind of mobility issues, people with physical, mental or learning disabilities, those who are deaf and/or hard hearing or with any kind of hearing difficulties no matter how minor, minors even if parents/legal guardians are present at all times.

Gorgeous Apartments have high levels of safety checks in place. You will find a fire blanket in the kitchen, and you will see the up-to-date Electrical Goods and Gas Safety Certificates. Smoke alarms are also fitted and regularly checked for your and your family’s safety.
