Gorgeous Apartments have high levels of safety checks in place. Our Electrical Goods and Gas Safety appliances are checked regularly and safe. A smoke alarm is fitted and regularly checked for your and your family’s safety.

Fire Extinguisher & First Aid Kit:

• First aid kit, kitchen wall unit,
• Fire blanket, kitchen wall unit,

Heat Detector:

• Heat detector, kitchen.

Smoke Alarms:

• Smoke alarm, each bedroom,
• Smoke alarm, hallway second floor,
• Smoke alarm, living room,
• Smoke alarm, garage,
• Smoke alarm, 2 in the entrance hallway area,
• Smoke alarm, guest room ground floor.

Gas Appliances & Certificates:

• No gas, no requirement for carbon monoxide detector,
• No gas, no requirement for Gas certificate.
