Excellent self-contained spacious apartment in modern residential development, which leaves the Dublin hustle & bustle behind as you enter the modern forecourt of the complex and then make your way through the apartment front door.

The bright airy living room with balcony access provides:
• Wide screen tv, dvd & wi-fi,
• Large double sofa and arm chairs,
• Dining and occasion tables.
The modern contemporary kitchen is bright and well equipped for your enjoyment and includes:
• Fan assisted oven, gas hob and Microwave,
• Kettle & coffee percolator and toaster,
• Dishwasher, washing machine,
• All cookware necessary to make gourmet meals.

For your safety & environment:
• Smoke & heat alarms,
• Gas safety certificate,

For that great night’s sleep, getting ready for going out or relaxing in, the apartment has:
• 1 x double bedrooms,
• 1 x double airbed (available if requested),
• 1 x bathroom with bath, shower, basin, WC,
• 1 x baby cot (available, on request),
• Full central temperature controlled heating,
• Radiators in all rooms.

For your convenience & comfort you’ll find:

The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Items provided may require replenishment by you but only if the run out.

The apartment is maintained by our delightful Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7. I use a key exchange system via meet & greet, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. It also means you meet us on arrival and we provide an overview on how all things work in the apartment.

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which we will endeavour to address immediately. I provide full mobile, email & What’s App contact details for us once you have booked the apartment.

Guest interaction
Our approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the apartment. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival one of our housekeeping extraordinaire team will meet & greet you at the apartment. We know you’d rather enjoy the privacy & intimacy of the apartment. So on arrival your meet & greet session will be kept brief. After you have checked in please do contact us via text or message if you have any questions.

Before the morning of your check out please arrange key handover with us. We will come and meet you at the apartment for this.

Our housekeeper will arrive on or around 11h00 (unless prior arranged time) to undertake our check-out requirements. We’ll contact you if we have any concerns or find any personnel items belonging to you.

Please have a safe onward journey.

Other things to note
The apartment is available for short or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium or long term rental periods.

This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a party you can discuss if you wish.

The neighbourhood
The apartment located in Smithfield’s, Dublin 7 is within a short distance of many of Dublin’s sights, from the River Liffy to Temple Bar to Graton Street, Dublin’s wonderful retail haven.

The Grand Canal, Dail (Ireland’s parliament), Dublin Castle, Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Christ Church Cathedral and of course Guinness’s are but 10-15 minutes by bus, tram or cab.

There are lots of shops in Smithfield’s and the best groceries are in an array of shops nearby, (less than 5 minutes walk) or for the slightly more adventurous O’Connell Street, busy & buzzing is less than 10 minutes walk.

Christchurch, Temple Bar, O’Connell St, Grafton St, The Quays have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes fro your enjoyment. All are within two (2) to 15 minutes by car.

For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on Lesson Street and in or around Grafton Street, which will cater for your needs..
For our sport loving fans the apartment is located approximately 20 minutes from the Croke Park, ones Road, Dublin 3 where they stage fantastic GAA games and Lansdowne Road, the home of Irish Ruby union.

Getting around
The timings given here are for if you are going slowly but if you walk at a faster pace, the time will be less.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, taxis, trams) within 0-5 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & automobiles) and Dublin’s many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located in a lively and modern complex in D7 Dublin, noise is low and there are off street NCP car park’s et al. directly outside the complex for those wishing to arrive by and use their car during their stay. Parking in the car parks must be paid for at rates as published,

There are plenty of car hire services if you need a car during your stay.
