Our living/dining room area provides:

If you require three (3) or four (4) separate beds for the 4 people staying in the apartment, it is possible, for us to provide additional beds (double sofa bed + single airbed). There are additional charges to pay for each of the additional beds.

Our Apartment:
The duplex apartment provides essential items to ensure you have a hassle-free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Some items may need replacing by you during your stay.

For Your Stay:
We provide laundered & ironed linens, towels, tea towel, kitchen cloth, toiletries inc., body wash, shampoo & hand wash. We provide tea, coffee, coffee machine filters, sugar, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets and most importantly great ‘free’ wifi for use throughout your stay.

Essential Arrival Supplies:
We also provide ‘Essential Arrival Supplies’ such as toilet, kitchen towel papers & bin bags. If these items require replenishment during your stay you will need to replace them.

If they do not run out during your stay you do not need to replace them. We will replace the used ones after your stay.

Washer & Dryer Machines:
There are separate washing & drying machine for your use. These are situated in communal basement area. They are used by all apartments. There is no charge for using these. You will need to provide washing machine tablets or liquid.

Duplex Apartment – General Info:
The dimensions are, inside – 95m2 (990sq feet).

The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.

We use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. We provide a short video (link) after booking, which shows ‘How This Works’.

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. We provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment.

Guest access
The apartment, located in Ville de Bruxelles, minutes from the EU, is on the 4th floor. We have continuously improved the apartment and its facilities with you, our guests, in mind. Our aim is to provide you with a fantastic home-from-home experience.

Access once inside our building complex is through a private front door, which leads you directly to the building lift. We have lights in the hallways so for those arriving after dark, access is very easy and safe.

The lift will take you to the 4th floor where your apartment is located. There no (zero) steps up to the apartment front door. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward access.

Once inside the apartment you’ll find the rooms are situated on two (2) floors, ground & duplex. It is straightforward to move around when you are inside.

Those with restricted mobility may find it difficult to access the main bedroom & bathroom, which are located on the duplex floor. Do please ask for details.

Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe close to the front door and easily accessible for guests.

Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and well in advance of your visit.

Other details to note
Our duplex apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits businesspeople, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. We really don’t mind.
