We really enjoyed our stay at the Gallery – it actually is an art gallery/atelier on the first 2 floors – and the top 2 floors are the guest apartment with 2 very comfortable double beds, a nice big bathroom as well an additional shower. Andrew is a super responsive communicator that has everything well organised to ensure a great experience for your stay. The location is ideal in a quiet residential area, being very close to public transport which gets you into the center of town in 10 minutes or the main railway stations for that matter (Airport, Thalys, ICE, TGV), the lakes of Ixelles for walks or runs as well as the Place Flagey within a short walking distance that has a market on Saturday & Sundays. There’d also any number of restaurants as well as a gocery store close by. We shall be back…

Great location very very close to Earl’s Court station, very convenient with arrays of shops and restaurants literally within a few steps from the place. Very spacious and clean, Andrew and Maddy were very nice and helpful, great hosts. The apartment even has the manual for everything. Tiny suggestions, the water temperature in the shower room should be easier to adjust, for us it is either too hot or too cold and we were quite surprise that the apartment did not have a microwave, but otherwise highly recommended.

Our arrival was relatively stress-free, despite some initial key and bedding issues. Andrew was easily contactable and extremely responsive to our concerns, resolving them in less than 30 minutes. The flat is best suited to a couple, leaving the lounge room fully available for relaxing. The flat was an acceptable walking distance from three tube stations and shopping. During acceptable weather, the back courtyard is pleasant to use. We would stay there again.

Perfect little den near (but not too near) the European institutions. Superbly equipped and scrupulously clean. Andrew communicates and organizes things very effectively. The perfect place for established business travellers if they are fed up with the anonimity of hotels or for couples discovering the charme of Brussels (it is near Flagey…)

What an experience!! I booked my stay literally at the last minute on a Sunday. Andrew was so kind and understanding and him and Maddy went out of there way to meet all my needs. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. it was spotless and so comfortable, I wish I was still sleeping in that bed. it is a home away from home and much more. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay, I had such a super time with my cousin and it is all thanks to you guys. Very rarely do you find such superb hosts. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

I had excellent communications with Andrew. The location of the flat is closed to a 100 year old grammer school and church. The tube stations and the hospital can be reached within 15 minutes by foot. There are many shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The area is very safe, I walked back to the flat many times at midnight without any issues. I needed to walk down a few steps before reaching the entrance gate, elders needs to take that into their planning. The flat has everything as described, I used the kitchen preparing simple breakfast and meals.

Had a really good stay at Andrews flat in Fulham. Excellent area, really quiet at night (I was there for business), quick access to bus and tube stops, literally a home away from home. J’ai effectué la reservation le matin pour l’arrivée le soir même: tout s’est extrêmement bien passé! L’appartement est trés mignon et fonctionnel dans un quartier ultra sympa de Bruxelles… Seul petit bémol l’appartement est un entre sol et à l’arrivée c’est assez surprenant de descendre comme à “la cave”, cependant il est trés lumineux. A recommander pour un petit week end!

The studio is small but clean and comfortable. The sofa bed is very comfortable with good quality pillows and blanket, bathroom and kitchen are fresh and the kitchen is surprisingly well equipped for cooking. The flat being in the basement was actually very pleasant as it stayed cool even though the temperature outside was very warm. Andrew and Béatrice were very easy to get in contact with. The location is nice on a calm street close to Flagey and especially convenient for those who have business at the EU. We would happily stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Earl’s Court apartment. The flat itself is spacious and well equipped. It was clean (not spotless but of a good standard), and the most important thing for me is a clean bed and clean linen and that was most definitely provided. The location is fantastic, being just a minute walk away from Earl’s Court underground station which is on the District and Piccadilly lines. The Natural History and other museums are about a 20 minute stroll away which is lovely on a nice day. Every kind of food and conveniences you can imagine just seconds away – small supermarkets, Boots, Lebanese/Chinese/Thai/sushi/Italian/Indian cuisine and more! The Maroush bakery is just a few doors down and they make fresh bread and provide a delicious breakfast. Maddy and Andrew were fantastic hosts, I was greeted and shown around the apartment and Andrew kept in touch to ensure all was well throughout the whole stay. Thank you!

Andrews flat was fantastic to stay at. It was spacious, plenty of beds and amenities to use. It is close to Stratford station and a short 5 minute walk away from Westfield shopping center. It’s also only about 20 or so minutes into central London The reception down staff were always helpful and friendly and when we needed Andrew he was also a great help. The only small issue we found is the room gets extremely hot and stuffy and there is only the balcony doors to open which is right across from a train line which makes it quite noisy. We would definitely stay again. 8/10

First Airbnb stay, and one that will make us repeat the experience. Very nice, fully equipped apartment, excellent location. We needed a place for one night with my wife and our four little kids (all under 7) and it was way better than booking two hotel rooms like we usually do. We did not meet Andrew but everything went fine from check-in to check-out thanks to the precise instructions provided. Andrew was very responsive when we texted him and prompt to pick up the phone to answer a question. The cleaning lady passed by to make sure everything was alright soon after we arrived, so we felt looked after. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished and we could cook a meal easily, feeling at home.

Everything was as indicated on the comprehensive instruction sheets supplied before my stay. Great information on local amenities, shops and places to eat. Absolutely loved our stay at Icona Point. We were a group of girls needing somewhere to stay whilst we served at our conference at the O2. The apartment was very close to Stratford station and Westfield (we actually tried to get a taxi and it was not even half a mile away), and the view of the Olympic park is absolutely amazing! Andrew was so so helpful. We found out we needed an earlier check in as our call times changed and he was incredibily accomodating and even offered to help with parking queries. On arrival, the apartment was spotless and the sofa bed was prepared for us too! We also had a booklet which helped us out with everything from directions to Central London and how to use the appliances and transport help which was so useful! There was only one thing which I would recommend for future bookings which is that the apartment got very warm at night and opening the balcony door/window means you might be woken by the tubes and trains in the morning, but apart from that, I would still highly recommend Andrew’s apartment and we would love to come back next year!!

Andrew was very helpful and super prompt with every communication. The flat was a perfect base for us to explore London and points west as well. More relaxed than very central London but right on the District line, which gets you to pretty much all the sights. All the things travelers need were in the flat, even a clothes rack and two clotheslines, indoor and out. Arrival was very smooth. We wold recommend this stay for a couple all the way up to a family of 5 like us.

We have spent a very nice stay in this flat. Very warm and professional welcome. Andrew gave us all the information that we needed before arriving and answered our demands very quickly. The flat fits the description. The location of the flat is excellent. The underground station Earls Court is a 2 minutes walk and gives direct access to the whole center of London and to all main touristic areas (Picaddilly Line, Circle Line and District Line). The flat is spacious and bright. Ideal for a couple and adapted for a family with 2 children. The living room is a bit noisy due to the main street Earls Court Road below but it is only a problem for those who have sleeping troubles. The airbed in the living room was a good alternative to the sofa bed but was more convenient for our two daughters than for us. A cot was provided for our baby. We would come again. We initially had an issue on the welcome pack not being received via email but due to constant communication with our host Andrew, it did not make us concerned or uneasy. Once we received the welcome pack beforehand, checking-in & staying in the place was a breeze. Location was great, considering there are various bus stops & a tube station nearby. It was also in a good, peaceful neighborhood. It fits 6 persons but it was a little tight for us as everyone had a luggage each. The place was sunny, airy & had a good vibe. Everything you need for cooking is provided for & it’s all clean. When the hair dryer was broken, Andrew quickly replaced it. Checkout was also a breeze. We didn’t encounter any problem at all during our stay, which helped us to have a great start to a fabulous holiday in London.

The apartment was very easy to find, right next to Olympic park and the flat was extremely nice, exactly like the photos. It was clean, tidy and the sofa bed was already made for us. This apartment is gorgeous,nice place for 3~4 people staying in London,about 10 mins walk to metro station which is also rail station,the location is brilliant where stands between zone 2 and 3,it will take one hour to stansted airport and 30~40 mins to city centre,the metro station has a large shopping center that we can spent a lot time. The only downside is we have a really close distance with train,but the train is running during 6 am ~ 12 am, so it will not affect your sleeping too much. Overall a fantastic apartment.

Andrew has been extremely welcoming, well-organized and professional. Although we have not met him, he organized for someone to check us in, explain all that is needed about the apartment and answer any questions. He sent abundant and clear information ahead of our arrival. He also organized a very good air bed for my daughters as an alternative to the sofa bed. The apartment was fairly accurately described, although it looked a bit better in the photos. The wooden floor and especially the master bed need looking into, as the bed is very creaky. Not terribly important, but the TV provided is very small, I struggled watching it from across the room. The apartment location is central, right across from the Earls Court station. Very convenient for tenant daily needs, and for exploring that area of London. The living room can get a bit noisy from the street below for light sleepers.

Ideally located tidy and well appointed apartment. We were literally just a 12 min walk to one of the biggest malls I have been in as well as the Stratford Railway station. Being so close to the tube meant we could be in downtown London within 30 minutes of leaving the apartment. The apartment itself was fine for our needs, having everything we needed. We really appreciate Andrews hospitality and his very proactive up front contact prior to our arrival.

我和朋友住了兩週,其中有一天是住五個人,對4人而言是相當充裕的空間。附近有很多超市和新鮮水果攤,往南的 超市比較早關,北邊的超市大多開到十點之後。地鐵站約700-900公尺,共有三個,進市區很方便, 去看溫布頓也很方便,缺點是都沒有電梯,如果有大行李會辛苦一點。公車站約200公尺,路線也不少,交通相當方便。進出房子是使用密碼鎖拿鑰匙,多人旅遊 時很方便,可以分開各走各的不受限制。Andrew回信很快速也都能即時處理我們的需求,瓦斯和烤箱的點火方式是用打火機,這點對我們來說是大考驗,因為 我們只用過電子點火,烤箱也都是電烤箱,根本沒見過瓦斯型的。但是歐洲似乎很常見這種手動式的,謝謝Andrew還請人來教我們怎麼操作烤箱。住在這裡很 開心,還完成了我們的溫網之旅,雖然Federer在四強出局,不過至少我們有在中央球場看了第一輪的比賽,溫網的門票真是太難買了,還得露營排隊。謝謝 Andrew這段時間的協助,讓我們有個完美的假期。

We rented both units for a week. Not clear from the description that one unit is downstairs and one is upstairs. NOT a LUXURY experience by any means. For Example: Door of the upstairs unit does not even open all the way as the interior hall way is narrower than the width of the door. A couple of the rooms had no room too walk on either side of the bed. It was nice but actually very basic furnishings and finishes. Carrying luggage up a narrow dark stairway to the second floor unit was not fun. Good location. Never heard from the host during our stay.

Where do I begin? This was my first Airbnb experience and it could not have been better! From the start the communication with Andrew was brilliant, helpful and concise. Any questions or queries I had were answered almost instantly and I felt very comfortable with my communication with Andrew. The building itself was perfectly located within walking distance of Westfield and the Olympic park with a great supermarket only a couple of minutes away, it is an immaculate building with very helpful concierge staff. On to the apartment….I have to begin this with a wow! The photos do not do it justice as it is such a beautiful and spacious apartment. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING you could need or want was available. It was in immaculate condition and spotless from corner to corner. The biggest compliment came from my usually fussy mother who was repeatedly saying that it was perfect and she wants to stay there whenever she visits London. Perfect for families or for 2-3 couples to share, the attention to detail was second to none and I could not recommend the apartment any higher. Thanks Andrew!

I stayed at this property for 2.5 months on a short term business assignment in London and was pleased with it for my needs. It is clean and modern, and had all of the basic requirements to live for a couple of months, though lacking a little charm and flair as it’s a rental only property. Was able to cook meals based on what was provided in the kitchen, cable and internet worked great, great shower pressure and temp, etc. Andrew and Maddy were very responsive with any needs and provided info about the unit, neighborhood, etc upon booking. Pictures are accurate, though just note it’s all one big room and not separate bedroom and living area. It’s a good size though as far as London standards. It’s secluded as it’s a basement flat, though it does get natural light from windows. While the street is residential, it’s still a busy street so there is a little street noise but not bad. It’s easy 4 minute walk to the Earl’s Court tube and High Road, which has your necessities and other more posh areas (High Street Ken, Old Brompton, etc) are nearby (15 min). I had a guest staying for a few days and they provided extra towels and a cot. Overall, would recommend staying here for good value and access to central London, west London and Heathrow.

My in laws stayed here for 10 days and were very happy. The space was large, clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Huge Tesco supermarket close by and right by the tube station. The owner was responsive and check in and check out were straightforward. The only drawbacks we found were that the doorbell/intercom didn’t work (noted already by the owner) and there was only one set of keys. The double mattress in the bedroom was also too soft for my in laws but they used the airmattress provided instead which was fine. overall a very positive experience and would recommend this flat / use it again.

Communication with Andrew was excellent on booking and during the stay. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was around 10 minutes walk for us from Stratford station and the westfield shopping centre, and there is a Tesco express a few minutes away at the end of the road. The concierge was used to airbnb guests, so it only took a moment to sign out the keys. All in all, a fantastic experience.

We loved the location of the apartment. It was very close to Tesco where we made our shopping for breakfast and dinner. Also there was nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom. My three teenage Daughters and I had an excellent weekend at this apartment staying during our visit to London – June 2016. The apartment was so far beyond our expectations in every way that I immediately felt relaxed and at home with a real feeling of getting a bargain price. The living space is very spacious and tastefully decorated with all the essentials there plus unexpected extras like tea / coffee / hairdryers etc. The apartment was presented in an absolutely spotless condition and our host Andrew could not have been more professional and gracious throughout. Andrew even responded within minutes to a small text query we had on arrival after midnight. If you want to treat your family to classy accommodation in London that you thought you could not afford – don’t go by this apartment . It is that good. Stratford is a lovely area and the Olympic Park is just minutes away too.

Atelier Relief is a perfect place for staying in Brussels. Perfectly located in the southern side of Ixelles, it offers great walking or commuting connections to the city center and it’s a great running spot around the lakes. The house is just perfect, elegant and confortable and directly connected to a gallery offering great exhibitions and a nice collection of art books. Highly recommended!

Great communication from the start. Andrew sent lots of information about the apartment and exactly what was provided, and useful information about the local area just before our trip. Everything was exactly as we had seen in the photos, a lovely comfortable place to stay. The apartment is positioned right on the edge of the Olympic park and very close to the Aquatics Centre, with all the shopping and eating places that Stratford has to offer not far away. Andrew provided phone numbers in case we wanted to contact him and emailed to check that everything was as expected. The concierge team at the building were very welcoming and helpful too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I recently was in Brussels for a business trip and I stayed at Andrew’s place for almost a week. Such a rad place. Unfortunately I didn’t meet him in person but the owner of the house and the gallery Farid welcomed me and my colleague. Probably the best host I’ve ever stayed with. Always open for a little chat and quick coffee. The place is pretty rad and tidy. Like literally living in an art gallery. So inspirational. Andrews place was excellently located a bus/tube ride away from major attractions such as Kensington Palace The Museums and Harrods. Excellent access to a variety of pubs ,restaurants and a 24 hour Tesco only 2 mins down the street. The flat was as described in the pictures with an adequate kitchen, modern working appliances and the flat was clean . It provided access to a beautiful garden at the back which was useful for our kids to run around. The check in was smooth however we could have appreciated a second set of keys. I had such a wonderful stay, I loved it so much I ended up extending my trip to rays an extra night. The location is perfect! Close to everything, I hired a car but in fact due to the location I didn’t really use it. The building was very clean, and the gym was such an added bonus. I felt truly at home in the apartment, everything is so well thought out, I had everything I would need for my stay. I am returning to London in the summer and will be hoping to book another stay. My mate and I stayed at the flat from 28 April through 4 May. The flat was nicely kitted and laid out well with comfortable beds but while the description said the flat included a washer/dryer, it was just a washer. I went round and round with Andrew for two days on this, telling him it was only a washer and he insisting it was a washer/dryer, until he had someone he knew come up and take a look. She confirmed it was only a washer and he apologized profusely, offering us the keys to another flat in the building that did have a washer/dryer, so we could do laundry. The building tenants are quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. There is a 24/7 concierge/doorman but they were rather useless for suggestions on restaurants, pubs, dry cleaners, etc. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from the Stratford Tube/Rail stop. The walk goes over a rail yard so there is a steep uphill climb from the Tube station, and then a steep descent, which means a steep climb uphill walking from the flat to the Tube stop. Difficult for those with week knees and/or are out of shape from lack of exercise! The Tube stop sits under a huge Westfield mall, with dozens of shops and numerous restaurants. There is really nothing near the flat. Would I stay in this flat again? If I was taking taxis to/from the Tube stop, then probably yes. But if I was walking? No, it was too strenuous for me. Andrew was an excellent host and I would consider renting another flat from him in a different neighborhood, closer to a Tube or Train station.

Great property in a great location. Clean, comfortable and well-presented, and only a stone’s throw from the Olympic Park. Gets the sun in the morning (when the weather allows of course!) allowing for sunny breakfast on the balcony. A brilliant stay with a very reachable and efficient host! The flat is well kitted out and is such good value for money. One thing not mentioned in the description is the access to a beautiful private garden! About three minutes walk to the station and to a giant supermarket, yet the flat itself is so quiet. Anche se non lo abbiamo mai incontrato posso dire che Andrew è un host gentile e disponibile, ci ha affittato questo appartamento per una notte a prezzo inferiore a causa di un malinteso sulla prenotazione del primo appartamento che non era più disponibile per la nostra ultima sera. L’appartamento è veramente bello e comodo, due stanze da letto con due bagni (una con il bagno interno, l’altra lo ha nella porta a fianco) e un letto a divano nel salone sono perfetti per delle famiglie e per dei ragazzi in vacanza. Non l’abbiamo usata ma la cucina sembrava ben attrezzata e perfetta per cucinare tranquillamente anche grandi quantità di cibo. L’unico appunto è la distanza dalla metropolitana che si può raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi circa. E’ la linea verde (la District) che è molto comoda e arriva in centro in mezz’ora. Questa distanza è compensata dalla estrema vicinanza della fermata dell’autobus che è molto comodo e arriva in centro nel giro di un’ora. Il sistema di check-in e check-out automatico con il portachiavi protetto da codice è estremamente comodo, si possono lasciare le chiavi lì ogni volta che si esce senza avere il terrore di perderle per le strade di Londra o nei locali. L’esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva, seppure la breve permanenza non posso fare altro che consigliare caldamente questo appartamento a chiunque

Even if we didn’t met him I can say that Andrew was a nice and helpful host, he arranged us the last night to his Fantastic Fulham Experience apartment because this one was booked just a few minutes before our reservation. The apartment was very nice and clean. It was very well equipped and we had a very nice experience. The underground wasn’t too far but even not too close, about 10 minutes by foot. Fortunately it was very near to the bus station that brought us home every night without any problem. Overall it was a great experience, I suggest it to everyone.

Very pleased with prompt booking confirmation. Good communication with Andrew including a comprehensive and useful information pack emailed prior to arrival. The key retrieval/checking in process was very straight forward. Despite the last minute notification of the change in bed/sleeping arrangements which was slightly inconvenient the solution provided proved adequate. The place overall was pleasant and spacious for our needs as a family of 4, although it was not quite what we expected from the photographs provided – being a basement flat the place was darker than expected. There was also some noise disturbance from the flat above. We felt that better attention could have been made to some aspects of the cleaning and the inventory prior to arrival as we found that there were some kitchen items missing and that the bathroom/kitchen area, whilst adequate, could have been cleaner, with an odd smell coming from the toilet. Also limited television reception but this didn’t affect us too badly and the Wi-Fi worked excellently. We also enjoyed having the outdoor patio access. The flat itself is very well placed within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and a range of tube stations. Overall we found our stay satisfactory principally because of the well-situated central location.

The Icona point flat, London, was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our 5 day stay. It was ideally situated for us for the purpose of our visit and local to all required amenities. Just a short walk through Olympic park to Westfields shopping centre and Stratford International Station. The flat is modern and tastefully decorated with plain and mutual decor and a splash of bold colour. We found the apartment to have all the necessities we required including all essential white goods, crockery, utensils, mugs, glasses and cutlery. Towels were included for our use and the bedrooms were tidy and well presented. Free wifi and BT you view (not that we actually allowed ourselves much time to sit in and chill in front of the TV!). The beds were comfortable, the mattress has a memory foam topper I believe to make for a restful night sleep, although perhaps a tad soft for my liking, but no bed is ever quite like your own! Andrew was helpful and communicative throughout, especially when I messed up the original booking, and when trying to secure us parking at the apartment. He has lots of local knowledge which we found to be very useful, and none of our questions were too big, or small. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and having base to call/make ourselves at home in for the duration of our stay was the main aim and really made our trip. We would definitely stay here, or in another apartment of Andrews. Highly recommend.

Everything was in place and arrival was smoothly completed. The apartment was well situated for the Olympic Park, mainline and underground stations and Westfield shopping centre . It was well serviced and had great facilities. There is a parking space but there was confusion over its availability so parked at the Westfield car park.

Having just spent 4 days earlier at another Airbnb host’s apartment in another UK city, our expectations were just as high at Andrew’s place in London. Firstly, Andrew has made the whole experience very simple by providing a comprehensive guidebook of all that you need and virtually anything that you can think of. Secondly, despite some reservations about the shared building, the neighbours were very discrete and in fact we only noticed that there was someone upstairs when they went out to work in the morning! The location was perfect, in a quiet street but yet easily accessible to public transport. We used the bus mainly which only took 30-45 minutes into central London to the major attractions. We also felt safe and secure with the coded key safe. We would highly recommend this place and also kudos to Andrew for basically anticipating all possible needs and questions we had. We felt at ease, knowing that we had a concierge host!

Nur 10-15 minuten zu Fuß bis zur Standford Station. Außerdem war in unmittelbarer Nähe ein kleiner Supermarkt (100 meter) , was äußerst praktisch war. Für 5 Personen war die Wohnung ideal, vor allem durch die 2 Badezimmer. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen.

The apartment was so much nicer than expected, very central and easy to commute to the centre with tube stations very close by. Lots of nice bars and restaurants at the end of the road including a Sainsburys Local at the top. The housekeeper came and introduced herself on our arrival and ensured we had settled in fine – that the heating worked and we connected to the Internet. Andrew as a host was fantastic, very quick at replying to any messages or queries and accessing the keys was a straight forward easy arrival. I would definitely go back and recommend to any friends. The apartment itself is much larger than the pictures imply and shampoo, shower gel and fresh towels are available. There are also extra duvets and blankets provided.

This is a charming and very well presented apartment in a good location in Fulham. Andrew was an exceptional host and extremely professional, access was easy with excellent information pertinent to both the apartment and surrounding area. Apartment was exactly as described and extremely clean. It was only a short walk to local high street with some good restaurant offerings and local pubs. The underground is also short walk providing quick access to the rest of the City. I would highly recommend this host and property to anyone.

It maybe a bit small for seven but depends of of what you looking for. Everything was very easy from the very beginning. We really love the location, it’s so convenient. The decor of the apartment is very comforting. You also feel very secure knowing the concierge are there 24/7. The price was extremely reasonable and the host was also very polite and friendly.January 2016

L’appartamento era confortevole e pienamente adeguato alle esigenze di una famiglia completa. La posizione ea straordinaria, ed il quartiere faceva sognare la piena vita londinese.

Flat is spacious and handed in good condition. Good double bed size in similar proportion. Most unusual is the big leaving area size, which is separate from the dinning area in front of the kitchen. It was appreciated that the flat is so close to Earl’s Court tube station. However, during our stay we had one toilet not functioning and that did not get repaired during our 4 day stay; the weekend in between probably did not help.

We had a lovely stay in London thanks to this wonderful flat near Earls Court station. Very easy to find and in a nice area. It felt safe walking the 2 blocks to markets and various restaurants at 10:30pm. Andrew was so helpful and responsive to questions as we prepared for our trip. So convenient, a 3 min walk to the tube, just steps away to the bus stop, and half a block to the nicest Tesco (for groceries and everything else you need). We were a party of four, a cot was set up under the stairs for our daughter. It was charming giving my daughter the Harry Potter experience. The flat was clean and attractive and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Andrew!

I stayed at this property the weekend of my wedding. Although I live in London I needed somewhere for my bridesmaids & family to get ready. From start to finish Andrew & Pam were great, always quick to reply & even let us check in early. The properties themselves were clean & tidy with everything you could need & with plenty of space for 8 adults & quite sizeable wedding dress! I can’t recommend Pam & Andrew & this property highly enough.

A beautiful apartment that is everything the description purports to be. The beds were comfortable, the shower was deliciously hot and the living room had all the facilities you could ask for. It was an easy 10 mins walk to the underground with lots of places in the neighborhood to choose from for dinner – we loved The Kings Arms. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Check in was simple and flexible thru the keysafe at the entrance to this ground floor unit in a quiet street. Communication was open at all times via whatsapp and emails. My many questions prior to arriving at the unit were answered promptly and thoroughly. Our host arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and was very kind to allow us early checkin and luggage storage in the unit as we took a 3 day trip out of London and returned to stay another 3 days. All the facilities and amenities were as listed and more. There was cold water ready to drink in the fridge when we arrived and tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and more than enough large bowls and chopsticks to eat our home cooked noodles. we could adjust the heating to keep us warm whenever we were in.

The flat was as described, and was modern comfortable and convenient. Both bedrooms and the living space were large and well-appointed, and we will undoubtedly be visiting this property again. Andrew was an efficient host, dealing well and politely with the small wrinkles that arose.
