• Full central temperature controlled heating,
• Radiators in all rooms.

For your enjoyment, ease & comfort you’ll find:

• Clean towels (2 x person), clean tea towels,
• Clean spare bed linen for beds & sofa bed (available on request),
• Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, washing up liquid,

The apartment also provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Items provided may require replenishment by you but only if they run out.

The Apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper Extraordinaire Team, they prepares it immediately after the guests check out. Therefore, the apartment is available 24/7. We use a ‘safe key’ face-to-face exchange system for exchanging the keys, which means you have no hassle access and a very secure stay.

We are available throughout your stay, 24/7, if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email an IM contact details once you have booked the apartment.

Guest Access
I provide guests with ‘Andrew’s local guide to London 2 weeks before they arrive. This explains how to reach the Apartment by planes, trains, tubes and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

The Apartment is located in the heart of the West End. Access is through the front door from the road into the main building and then by stairs to the Apartment. The Apartment is on the 3rd floor. So many steps to keep you fit.

Once inside access to all room is on one level, so it is straightforward for people to move around.

Access to the Apartment is obtained through a set of keys. I’ll provide full details on key collection point & wifi code details once the booking is made.

It is very, very simple. Details for these are provided in a one-page PDF document, which you can bring with you for ease in electronic or paper format.

Interaction with Guests
My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the Apartment. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘Welcome Pack’ document that sets out what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival either Lee or I can meet you at the Apartment. Once you’ve checked in you’ll have the privacy and freedom of this self-contained apartment. If you have any questions why not phone, text or what’s app me if you have any questions.

The morning after check-in we’ll contact by email to ensure all is well. After that we’re available on what’s app, text message or phone to ensure all things are well. On the morning of check out I will be available by email, text or what’s app to ensure a successful check out for you.

If at any time during your stay you need Lee or I to come to the Apartment you only need email, text or phone and one of us will attend straightaway.

This Apartment is not to be used for a party or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement.

The Apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people or visitors, small groups, individuals couples, families with young babies or children on holiday in London for a few days, weeks or months.

This listing is in demand so it’s worth booking early to save disappointments.

The Neighborhood
Well, where to start? London has to be the most cosmopolitan city in the world from where you can experience almost any cuisine you could imagine. With restaurants to suit every budget, eating well without spending a fortune.

If you’re stumped for a venue our local guide, which we email to you in advance of your arrival will certainly help you out with the decision making.

• Central London W1 – the heart of London;
• 2 x minutes to Goodge Street tube station,
• 10 mins Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street et al.

Getting Around
The timings given here are for if you are going slowly but if you walk at a faster pace, the time will be less.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, trains & tubes) within 0-5 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & automobiles), London’s many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located on a bustling Central London street, W1 London, noise is vibrant and there is off street parking (car parks) close by for those wishing to arrive by and use their car during their stay. This is chargeable at London rates and remember the congestion charge applies in this neighbourhood.

So please check rates before arrival – google is your friend.

Alternatively, World wide web Just Park is the Airbnb parking equivalent and may offer some great bargains in the area. Why not check this out if arriving by car?

There are Barclays Cycle Hire locations within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment for those wishing to have a leisurely cycle around the capital. There are also ZIP car hire points & an Avis Car rental office again within 10 minute walk for those requiring cars.

The main rules are that people treat the neighbours and the Apartment with respect.

This Apartment is not to be used for a party or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement.

The Apartment should be left as you found it but if you do break, damage or lose any items please let me know.

The next guests in will be expecting the same inventory that you found on arrival.
