Excellent self-contained apartment with its own private entrance, which leaves the Dublin hustle & bustle behind as you walk through the front door.

The dimensions are, inside – 950sq feet (90m2) & back balcony – 7sq feet (1,5m2).

The apartment is maintained by our delightful Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7. I use a key exchange system via meet & greet, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. It also means you meet us on arrival and we provide an overview on how all things work in the apartment.

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email & What’s App contact details for us once you have booked the apartment.

Guest access
Guests are provided with ‘Andrew’s local guide to Milltown, South Dublin’ 2 weeks before they arrive.

This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

The apartment located in Milltown, Dublin 6, is on the second (2nd) floor Cedar Hall, a modern new build apartment complex in South City, Central Dublin. Access is through the complex’s front entrance into the foyer, than by our modern, shinny to the 2nd floor, where you turn left and walk to the apartment’s private entrance.

There is no need to use the step or stairs front when you arrive at the complex to entering the apartment. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward and easy access from entering the foyer via the lift into the apartment.

Once inside access to all room is on one level, so it is straightforward for people with mobility issues to move around. There are no steps or stairs inside the apartment.

Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which we will personally hand over during your arrival meet & greet session. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and approximately 2 weeks in advance of your visit.

Interaction with guests
Our approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the apartment. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival one of our housekeeping extraordinaire team will meet & greet you at the apartment. We know you’d rather enjoy the privacy & intimacy of the apartment. Sop on arrival your meet & greet session will be kept brief. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message if you have any questions.

During your stay do contact us at any time by text message or phone if you have any questions. On the morning of check out please let yourselves out and leave the keys in the kitchen table. Our housekeeper will arrive on or around 11h00 to undertake our check-out requirements. We’ll contact if we have any concerns or find any personnel items belonging to you.

Other things to note
The apartment is available for short or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium or long term rental periods.

This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a party you can discuss if you wish.

The apartment located in Milltown, Dublin 6 is within a short distance of many of Dublin’s sights, from the River Liffy to Graton Street, Dublin’s wonderful retail haven.

The Grand Canal, Dail (Ireland’s parliament), Dublin Castle, Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Christ Church Cathedral and of course Guinness’s are but 20-25 minutes by bus, tram or cabd..

There are lots of shops in Milltown and the best grocery store nearby is Super Value, (5 minutes walk) or for the slightly more adventurous Renelagh busy High Street is less than 10 minutes walk.
Dundrum, Donnybrook, Goatstown, Rathmines & Renelagh have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes fro your enjoyment. All are within fifteen minutes by car.

For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on Lesson Street and in or around Grafton Street, which will cater for your needs..

For our sport loving fans the apartment is located approximately 20 minutes from the RDS where they stage fantastic house shows and Lansdowne Road, the home of Irish Ruby union.

Getting around
The timings given here are for if you are going slowly but if you walk at a faster pace, the time will be less.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, trams) within 0-10 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & automobiles), Dublin’s many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located on a secluded complex in D6 Dublin, noise is low and there is off street visitor parking directly outside for those wishing to arrive by and use their car during their stay. There is a permit required for visitor parking so please ask for details before arriving.

There are plenty of car hire services if you need a car during your stay.
