The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.

I use a ‘meet & greet’ key exchange system for the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival as we will meet you on arrival.

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which must be addressed immediately. I provide full mobile, email an IM contact details for us once you’ve booked the apartment.

I provide guests with ‘Andrew’s local guide to Brussels 2 weeks before arrival. This explains how to reach the Apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.

The Apartment is located on Boulevard Brand Whitlock 158, Woluwe Saint Lambert, 1200 Bruxelles. Access is through the front door from the boulevard into the main lobby. There is one step from street level to the main front door. This leads you to the lift, which takes you up to the 7th floor. Access should be straightforward to those with mobility issues.

Once inside access to all rooms are on one level, so it is very easy for people to move around.

Access to the Apartment is obtained through a set of keys. I’ll provide full details on keys once the booking is made. It is very, very simple. Details for these are provided in a one-page PDF document, which you can bring with you for ease in electronic or paper format.

My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay at the Apartment. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘some helpful things’ document that sets out what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.

On arrival, we will meet you at the Apartment. Once you’ve checked in you’ll have the privacy and freedom of this self-contained apartment. If you have any questions why not phone, text or what’s app me?

During your stay contact can be made by email, text message or phone to ensure all things are well. On the morning of check out I will be available by email, text or what’s app to ensure a successful check out for you.

The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families on holiday.
You can book for short, medium or long term rental periods.

This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay. Please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a family gathering do please discuss.

The Apartment is located in Montgomery and its within walking distance of many of Bruxelles sights, from the European Commission to Schuman, Art Loi to Bruxelles’s luxurious Sablon to name but a few.

If you’re stumped for a venue our local guide, which we email to you in advance of your arrival will certainly help you out with the decision making.

Real close transport links:
• One (1) mins to the trams at Georges Henri,
• Five (5) mins to Montgomery metro station,
• Five (5) mins to the cab rank at Montgomery.

Real close local amenities:
• Three (3) minute walk from fashionable terrace café’s, bars, bistro’s,
• Five (5) mins walk to Delhaize supermarket & local Chemists et al.
• Five (5) mins walk to exchange bureau & KBC Bank et al.

Very local attractions:
• 15 mins from Palais de Justice, Parc de Brussels,
• 20 mins from Grand Place, the Place des Palais & Manneken Pis,
• 25 min from Atomium.

International travel connections:
• 15 mins from Central Train station Brussels,
• 20 mins from the Euro star terminal Gare to Midi
• 15 mins to Zaventem Airport.

The timings given above apply if you walk slowly. If you walk at a faster pace, the time will be less.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, metro trams) within 0-5 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & automobiles) and Brussels many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located in Brussels, Montgomery cosmopolitan 1200. Parking spaces are very limited and must be paid for. If you are coming by car my recommendation is that you find a public car park facility before you arrive and use this during your stay.

There are Cycle Hire locations within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment for those wishing to have a leisurely cycle around the capital. There are also car hire points & an Avis Car rental office again within 10 minute walk for those requiring cars.
